Just Moved In
I’m trying to pay my home bill thru Telus app but when I enter my email it directs me to my mobile account. I have never been sent a paper bill so I do not know my account number. I have been a mobile customer for over 20 years but this problem is making me search for other providers. I have paid all bills on time and want to continue with this but I can not access my home bill so am frustrated as I do not want to be charged extra for a Telus mistake and error. Any help would be great or any references to other providers that is more user friendly friendly would also be good

Have you registered on My TELUS?

If so have you linked your home account services to your My TELUS account?

How do you know how much to pay and when it's due if you don't have a home services statement with your account number?

You mentioned using the app so I'll assume it's the My TELUS app and not some banking app or similar.

Click on the menu in the upper left to see a list of your linked accounts.

If you don't see your home account then use the Link an account function.
