When trying to redeem rewards points I keep getting this message:
"You recently updated your contact information that is connected to your TELUS Rewards account. This information update is still in progress and you cannot make a redemption at this time. Please try again later to complete your redemption."
I haven't made any changes to my contact info and can't figure out why I'm getting this message.

After an email address has been changed in the system, it can take up to 24 hours to flow through the system to make redemption available again. Are you still getting this message when attempting to redeem some points?

I didn't change my email address. I got the message on Jan 14 when I first tried to redeem and it is still happening today.
