I’ve cancelled my home services, which was an absolute ordeal leading up to me deciding to cancel and trying to cancel. Impossible to talk to anyone and/or email anyone, the automated services are useless….anyway, my problem now is; I’ve returned my Telus equipment during a postal strike and they are trying to charge me $400 for it, because they haven’t received it yet!! I can’t talk to anyone, was on hold for an hour and got cut off, no one’s called me back, this is an absolute ridiculous system. Get it together Telus or I’ll say goodbye to the mobility as well.
