Booked move order Internet with agent, then got Email from Telus for oncoming appointment but has PDF attachment noticed my existing plan changed. During the chat, the agent even did NOT mention my plan, I did NOT request any change of my existing, how Telus changed existing plan just because of moving? It doubles monthly price than my existing plan but same service, my existing has not expire yet.
Tried call or chat to follow up, waiting time was so long. Hope can get quick answer here, thanks.
