I have requested a callback from Martia two weeks ago no attempts were made for a week, now the callback went directly to voicemail and did not even ring. The website won't allow me to change anything because of error messages everytime I try to make any changes! This is unbelievably bad customer service. I understand telus is using more virtual assistants but keeping customers waiting while you solve your technical problems is unacceptable!
