The moment we've all waited for - the moment you hear the knock on your door and the delivery person hands you your brand new phone. You rip open the box in earnest, power on the device, admire its awesomeness and then you’re left wondering how you're ever going to transfer all the important content from your old device to your new.

iPhone to iPhone
Simply plug your old iPhone to your computer, launch iTunes and back-up your device (for iCloud instructions, click here). Once your backup completes, "eject" your iPhone then plug in your new phone and "Restore" your backed up information.
Alternatively, if you've enabled backup via iCloud, you can simply “restore from iCloud” on the initial setup screen once you power on your new phone.
Apple makes it very easy for you to switch over from your Android device. Make sure both devices are charging and connected to the same WiFi network then download theMove to iOSapp available on Google Play to your Android device and you're almost there.
It is as easy to switch from Android or iOS to Blackberry 10 as it is to switch from another Blackberry device. Download Device Switch from Blackberry World, Google Play or the App Store to both devices and follow these steps here:
