I have been sitting on hold waiting for an agent for over 2 hours today. Between Thursday and Friday I was on the phone for 7:10 min with the agents without a resolution to the issue.
What's happening with Telus?

The system just told me that they can't help and that I should call back.
Its time to cancel all Telus services, and for that I have to call again.
