Hi, when I go to Entertainment > Disney+, I do see the $0 Disney+ Standard. When I click Add, I get the following error:
"Disney+ Standard has encountered a promotion error and cannot be added at this time. Please make another selection."
It does say the following on the promo: 'You save $25.98/mo. for 24 months'.
I have an EPP account with 2 lines on 5G+ Premium mobility plans. Maybe I'm eligible for 2 promotions, causing the error?
Anyone have any idea how to fix this. I've spoken to multiple Telus support reps, and no one has any idea. Thanks!
