I recently subscribed to Stream+ and during activation I tried to set up Disney+ as a new subscriber but it didn't work and kept asking for payment. I called Telus support right away and the agent there wasn't much help, she said on Telus' end it was linked successfully and should be working fine. After some basic useless troubleshooting steps like using a web browser, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, etc. the only thing she could consider suggesting was to just cancel Stream Plus and resubscribe. I didn't want to do that because it was going to be a pain with my EPP pricing and I honestly doubt it would solve anything so I decided not to go through with it. Now when I go to My Telus and go to manage subscriptions, Stream+ says I need to complete activation, however the Disney+ link says to launch Disney+ and won't let me relink it.
I can't find any way to fix this on my own and it seems Telus phone support isn't much help. Is there anyone who can help me fix this? I actually just want to be able to use the new Disney+ account I created, and so far I've only been able to link Netflix to Stream+. Or should I contact Disney+ support for help?
