Unfortunately that isn't a model of phone sold by Telus, nor any other Canadian carrier. That phone was sold primarily outside of Canada. The phone also shipped with Andoid 8.1 Go edition, so it was quickly abandonded by Samsung. Samsung never released an updated OS for that device.
