I can't log in under my usual user name, so I'm trying this. I have been dealing with issues with using Telus Rewards Telus Store Gift Cards since July. I have been unable to purchase anything through the online store with the gift cards because they are not accepted as a valid form of payment. I was sent a 100.00 Telus gift card that arrived with an 85.00 balance, which was fixed (thank-you), but if I can't use it, it obviously has no value. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this, and no resolution has been found. The brick and mortar stores don't carry anything I need, and I can't use the cards with the online store. Quite frustrating, to say the least.
