Do I have to Transfer my old sim to a new tablet?

I cannot get past the welcome screen without having to insert the sim card. Is there a way around it? I should have tried sooner lol. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Community Power UserUnfortunately I've never set up one of those tablets before so I am unsure. You may need to check with support or Samsung. I imagine there should be a way to skip that part. If not the only thing I can think of is temporarily moving your tablet SIM to the new one just for the setup process only.
