I tried creating a new account, I tried from different browsers. I get this in 2 separate locations in 2 separate cities on 2 separate Telus accounts. So it's not related to my account or my IP either.

For anyone else, what seems to have worked for me is:
In Windows 10 is go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Security (tab) > Trusted (icon)

My above post only worked because I am logged in in incognito mode. It will eventually block me with the same error here in incognito mode after a few page refreshes or browsing other questions. Pretty strange.
