Unstable Internet message

I receive the "Unstable Internet" whenever I am using Zoom on my laptop.   My video feed repeatedly freezes through my Zoom Meeting. I am using WiFi and I am located very near my router. My Internet speed is good, when tested with Speed Test was 49.  I would appreciate any trouble shooting suggestions.

@RCraig  we are customers only here. For info zoom was having world wide problems today. What is you internet  for the 49 speed.

A couple of considerations:

  1. Your Internet speed at the router is shared by all devices on your network. What else is going on while you are on Zoom?
  2. Have you tried using an Ethernet connection to the router to see if the issue is your WiFi connection rather than your Internet speed?

Zoom was having issues today, could that be the problem or is it an ongoing issue?
