I have an issue with my billing. I have contacted Telus and twice now after waiting for someone to talk to me while the music is playing in the background the call ends.
it has been over an hour now without being able to talk to a human and I have to try again. Any support I have ever needed involves talking to a human not some automated response that I could just find myself on the internet. The automated Telus support is garbage.
