I just got 6 phone calls from someone claiming to be from the Telus promo department offering me 1/2 price on my internet and landline. Is this a real offer or a scam? Thanks for any help.

Telus doesn't have a "promo department". Half off internet and phone also sounds too good to be true. I would suspect that is a scam.

Thank you! I just looked up the business and it's not BBB accredited and has a rating of F.

You didn't mention that it was another business than Telus that was offering those plans to you. That in itself is a big red flag when getting unsolicited calls offering plans. Which business was it? Did you give them any of your personal info?
