Hi all! I am new to Canada, new to having Telus, I think I got a bit mixed up. I already have the $99 internet service, but yesterday while I was perusing through my profile I must have accidentally clicked something and it now says that I requested a $135 service. Do you have any idea of how to remove it from the "cart"? I did not go through with the whole change my service, or anything, but I want to remove it just in case.

Any billing issues will need to be addressed by calling Telus.
By any chance, did you purchase a $135 service which offered a discount to $99? If so it would show as the value, with the discount.

If it's in your cart I believe it hasn't actually been applied to your account. Have you tried clicking on the Cart icon to see if you can remove/deleted?
