Phone Won't Respond to Gate Code Again

Greetings again

I recently had this problem, and it was fixed for a while but it's back again.
When someone wants access to my townhome, they go to a call box and press my entry code. This rings my phone, and I press a number on the keypad to open the gate. All of this was working fine for a very long time then, just recently, it stopped working again. When I press the number on the keypad, nothing happens. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating, especially at 5:30 AM and I am unable to walk to the gate, as arthritis won't permit.

Can anyone help me, once again, get this problem fixed once and for all please? Any help greatly appreciated.

For enterphone systems it could be a problem with either the phone itself or the enterphone not correctly recognizing the tone. Are you using a landline or a cell phone? If it's a landline, do you have any other sets that you could try to see if it is an issue with the first one?

I've tried on the house phone and the cell phone. Normally, all of them connect just fine and open the gate but, right now, none of them connect.

If it's multiple separate phones that are affected, it may be more likely that it's something with the enterphone system. Do you know if any of your neighbors are having the same issue? It may be an idea to reach out to your property manager / strata / condo board just in case it is something with the enterphone.
