Hi!
I'm currently outside country already moved out, and have returned my internet device via package mail sent back.
And I'm trying to cancel my internet service, I haven't used any of your service but has been charged last month too.
I'm simply trying to stop this, but I can't due to your only way of cancellation is through phone. I tried X to communicate and they told me phone call was the only way. Different time zone and international call are hard to reach you guys out, and I have been calling the number that assistant on X gave me, but the call wouldn't be picked up. Please, Please tell me how to cancel this immediately. Thanks

I just received another bill.
I have returned all my gear regarding home internet, and still outside country.
I can't even reach your website, and couldn't log in to see detail about the bill.
Phone cancellation to me is a hard option due to different time zone and was hard to reach, I have tried.
Is there a way to cancel this, Please.
