I have the T3200M Modem with 3 IPV5050 remote boxes. 2 of the boxes are on the second floor and work fine for the most part. Oddly enough, as I type this, one of the boxes has frozen, 2 minutes later it has reconnected. My question is that I usually take one of the IPV5050 boxes outside on our patio to watch TV. The box is no more than 20 feet from the modem yet it constantly loses connection, TV freezes and sometimes it will come back but more often than not I have to unplug the box and restart it. Some days it works fine for hours.
Why would it constantly lose internet connection being so close to the modem?
I have the Telus Gig plan, and there is a screened patio door so no closed windows between the modem and the box.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question.
That is an interesting article, the only 2 that might apply in my case would be 1. Neighbours network or 10. The TV as my modem is directly beside my main TV, and that is where Telus put it.
I am going to try moving it and see what happens.
Thanks again.
