No Internet connection

Last night my daughter accidentally pulled my grey wall cord out. I believe I've put it back in the right spot. But I have no internet connection. I have a green wifi light and an orange connection light. I have tried powering off and resetting and it keeps coming back to this. I am unable to get through to a customer service tech and the Wifi App is unhelpful.

Check that the cable between the wall and your router is properly connected  at both ends.

It is also possible the cable was damaged when pulled from the wall. Do you have another cable you could use to test?

The cord looks fine. But I don't think I have another cord to test it.
