I've been on hold for over an hour (with the same music playing over and over), just to try and get my services switched over from Shaw. The installation went great this morning and everything works flawlessly. Is there no way, I can do the switch over the internet? Or is there any way to have a call back option so I don't have to continuously sit on hold? I don't know how much longer I can take this music - help!
