Internet from SAC to House Problem

fredmb
Just Moved In

My copper drop from the Telus ped to my NIC is spliced and gets wet, so I lost my internet connection and get poor TV.

Telus has tried different pairs but the problem still comes back.

I have heard Telus can use my coax from the ped to my NIC, is this correct?  How do I get this service?

Telus doesn't own the exterior coax so no they can't use it. The only coax that's occasionally used is inside the house itself.

They'll most likely need to run a new line to your house.

You are going to have to call telus repair and report your problem as a chronic problem and ask them to escalate repair to cable maintenance.
