My 2-year term ended recently, and I want to renew my plan at the same speed same price, I hope. Unfortunately, I was told I have to pay around $30 more for my renewed 2-year team internet plan ( Purefibre, no legacy plan now) from the loyalty member team, since I am not a new customer anymore. This is a loyalty offer from Telus.
