The easiest way to have Telus PureFibre connected to a strata building is to have the member of the strata overseeing the installation contact Telus via the following methods. Once the various documents are submitted, Telus will designate a project manager to oversee the process including things like timing, physical installation, and perhaps special introductory packages that could be offered residences.
