I am wondering if there are any plans to finish installing fibre in Cedarbrae? Telus dug up our neighbourhood a few years ago to install fibre - and I was approached by the sales team, and agreed to switch to Fibre. The site said that it was available at my address. When the tech came to install he said we weren't connected fully yet. Now the site says its not available at my address.
A few years later, it seems Telus has abandoned installation in the neighbourhood - even leaving exposed conduit in some places.
Does Telus have plans for finishing the job of the installation in Cedarbrae? Can anyone provide insight into this?
