Broken cover on utility box

There is a cement cover for below ground utility access, the cement is stamped BCT, on the edge of my property.  The cement cover is broken and a good size hole has formed. After speaking with the city regarding a broken sewer cover, they informed me the broken Telus cover is quite dangerous.  I looked through the Telus page with great frustration as there is no option for utility boxes.  Please help me as this needs to be repaired before someone hurts themselves.

To report it online, go to https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages . Click on the green Report an Outage button in the top right of the map. Click on Report an Outage on the next page. Fill in the details on the form and check off "Vault damage or missing lid".
