I tried moving my address for service today. The move will take place later this week. I also upgraded my service.
The "Loyalty Team" said I was good to go for that date and then we hung up.
My internet at my current address is now turned off at my current address and I am being shuffled around spending time on hold. All I want to do is cancel now. Between this and receiving 4 telemarketer phone calls in the last few weeks.
Is this how they treat all of
their customers? Harass them with telemarketing and then treat them like garbage? I am out of patience.
