@ Disappointed in my new hub. I have been with Telus for over 30 years
1. It needs two electrical plug-ins to work,
2. Is 2 pieces which the tech said one is booster(?), which I apparently don't need as I have good reception in my house and he did not install outside.
3. Takes up a lot of space.
4. Tech changed hub password for me but wouldn't show me how to change it.
5. Telus customer service is so hard to reach a live person or even email.
6. Liked my small older ZTE hub which I could easily move from one room to a different room in same house.
Telus you need to improve customer service!!!!!!!!
