Who to contact for graffiti removal?

Hello, 

I am the Administrator at West Point Grey Baptist Church (4509 W. 11th Ave, Vancouver).  We've noticed some highly offensive graffiti on your boxes.  Would you be able to send someone out to remove them, please?  Thanks so much. Please see photos below.  Thanks so much.

Just an FYI: I've removed the images as to not give attention to the perpetrators.

Hello,

I am a building manager for a rental building in the downtown West End located at 1460 Barclay Street.  

There is a large green box on the west side of our property line (with the numbers 5062 and 5061 on it) that I believe is a TELUS box.  This box is covered in graffiti.  Is there an email address where I can report the specific location and provide a picture of this box?
