About 20 years ago, we were forced to switch our internet and phone line from a Residential account to a Business account because we had a company we ran from our home. Our residential internet telus.net emails were transferred to the Business account.
We are winding the business down and have recently had Residential Pure Fibre Internet installed. Business account is still active. Are we able to now transfer those same telus.net emails from the Business account back to our new Residential Pure Fibre internet account without disruption?

Hi @Miff we should be able to keep the email addresses on our residential side. There is work involved but we should be able to get it done
