I have been charged $400 dollars randomly. The line item on my invoice says its for Device Care Service Replacement, I have not used device care for over 30 months.
I have been on the phone with telus support and asurion numerous times and they both tell me that the other entity has to sort out the problem. They are just sending me in endless circles. Asurion has no record of me and says they cant do anything about telus billing. Telus says its asurions problem. They are both unwilling to solve this problem.
What is a customer supposed to do with this level of client care? They are affecting my mental well-being and credit score. I do not have time to be sent in endless circles with no resolution.
I am about to cancel 3 services with telus over this horrendous client care!
Please anyone with advice on how to handle this situation it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
