Someone Help me Please

I have had nothing but billing issues since transferring to your service from a competitor. I have called in many many times only to talk to someone who can’t seem to help. I have emailed your team multiple times about getting my plans fixed to the rate that I agreed to and have had no luck. We agreed to one plan and now were signed up for something else since the plan we apparently agreed to is no longer available. how can that happen within a week? My mobility bill is a mess. I changed to VOIP and that is not going much better. I need someone to take responsibility of all the issues that we are having rather than having to reach out again and again. We have tried business support numerous times and the sales person that original signed up us up is not returning any emails. Who is the best person I can contact?
