We made a business internet account about 5 months ago.
when we try to register for my telus - https://www.telus.com/selfregistration we get two errors, session error then sometimes system error
""THERE MAYBE A SYSTEM ISSUE"
then sometimes "Your session has timed out"
The info, (email account number and postal code) all match perfectly., we tried from different devices of course.
Its a telus back end issue, we called it and got no where, opened tickets, they still have not fixed it. Twitter help didnt go
any suggestions ? thank you
