Business connect nightmare

I have 3 VOIP Polycom phones 2 line.

They have been working good for 2 years but 2 months ago 1 phone went down and i got it replaced.

Then the nightmare started. For 2 months out of 3 phones only one rings when customers call.I have spent hours with support which is overseas and no one can fix the issue. In the meantime the business is a restaurant and we are losing reservations etc. There is no one you can call locally to listen..I have left 2-3 messages with Telus management escalation Team but no one answers. I have really lost any faith in Telus!
