Just Moved In

I have recently converted to TELUS secruity.  I was taking over an existing account, after many calls to make this happen and the reps causing issues at the time of installation, I have not been able to get anyone to help me with the understand everything I am being billed for and why I am being charged for things I should not be.  I sit on hold and I no one wants to help.  I have reached out to the sales rep who set this up and met with a "I don't know you need to speak to support"  Where is this support and how do I reach them?
