Address not found

Just Moved In

We just rented a new building for our business and have called Telus a couple times and they said they cannot find the address. The address is definitely correct according to our city. They do have the address next door to us in their system, and we also have telus boxes in our utility room. Eastlink said that they don't have services in that area. We're not sure what to do in this case. Anyone have any insight or suggestions?

If it's a new building sometimes it takes a bit of time for Canada Post to get the address in their database. That may be the issue. If you look here on Canada Post's website, is the address found?

Is there a Telus Asset number on the existing equipment? That would be one traceable indication. Telus may have the premises address listed differently than the Post Office.
