What the heck
I have the control plus video package and my camera streams keep timing out, one of the cameras don't show time stamp, it's been nothing but trouble. I bought 3 SD cards for 24/7 recording that don't work. I had to get a tech out to look over my equipment which cost me 150$ and he couldn't fix the problem so I'm stuck with a wonderfulty security system that don't work and the monitoring station don't call when the alarm goes off wtf telus fix this now
