Telus SmartHome Security Login
I try to login through the web via MyTelus and then want to manage SmartHome Security, it asks me to log into it using SmartHome Security credentials. I try using MyTelus login and it does not work. ...
Here is what I found.
Log into MyTelus, then navigate to Telus SmartHome, which opens a separate login screen. You may need to hold CTRL when you click SmartHome so it opens in a separate tabthe system will not allow you to be logged into MyTelus and Telus SmartHome at the same time.
before performing a login on the Telus SmartHome screen. Return to the My Telus screen and log out.
then go to Telus SmartHome and log inlet me know if it works.

I can tell you I didn't pursue it further. Since I was able to login to the app, and also use the functionality provided on the panel / tablet, I have just used that. I had the impression that there was more advanced functionality available through the home security website, but may never find out
