Telus is not even monitoring my system

So I find out today after looking in my settings that Telus isn't even monitoring my system. WTF am I paying for? 4 months now and it isn't monitored. I'm the only contact. I knew it was going to be a s**tshow when they said I had to install it myself. I hate this company. As it is, my notifications are coming a day late. I'm ready to rip this junk out and go elsewhere. Totally incompetent. With Vivint I had it installed and no worries. As it is I have zero faith in this service. Arghhh FFS
