Telus cancel appt but never contacted me

Has anyone had an installation appointment canceled by Telus but never were notified that it was cancelled??

I had an appt canceled by Telus and I anm trying to find out why…. after 4 phone calls and over 3 hours on hold, I’m told that Telus cancelled my appointment and my agreement for the security system they were going to install was cancelled as they said they would not honor their quote.

I’ve had some horrible service from Telus but this takes the cake… they just decided to cancel my agreement and installation without any communication.

anyone else have this happen??

Also…. I asked for someone in management to call me back… and she says she can schedule that for Sept 30th…. WOW… just wow. 
Time to cancel everything Telus.
