Open utility box
There is a green utility box at my work property that is open and should be closed with a lock on it. There is a school in my street where kids walk by every day. I’m just worried about the children...
Thanks for flagging. This can be reported by visiting www.telus.com/status and selecting the green 'Report an outage' button on the right hand side. From there, select the right button that again says 'Report an outage' which leads to a form. There, you can enter the location, upload a photo, and select the option 'TELUS cabinet or pedestal damage'. That form goes straight to the appropriate team who will send someone out as soon as possible!
