The email addresses are legit, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the content of the email is, as emails can be spoofed. If you did not request a change of password, it is possible someone was trying to change your password on your account. You may wish to login to your account and strengthen your password, if you are concerned about someone trying to force their way into your account.
