EverSafe code sent the email adress but invalid when entered

Hi everyone,   I tried to subscribe to public mobile and registered to the authentication of Eversafe. I was purchasing a SIM card yesterday but didn't go through with it. When I came back, I tried...

I am not sure as the authentification service is provided by telus.

    NFtoBC is correct - your best bet is to ask on the Public Mobile forum. While EverSafe is a TELUS branded feature, the implementation will not be universal across Neighbourhood and Public Mobile communities. 

    I'll be locking this topic as support is out of scope for it's members.
