Hi hl - returning equipment is not a way to cancel a service. You have to speak with our Loyalty Team who can perform the cancellation on their end. At that point you will receive an email with the confirmation of the cancellation and that email will explain how to return the equipment.
Please send a private message to TELUS_Support so we can take a look at what happened and assist you from there

At lease it is good to get a reply from Telus. I am not cancelling the service , but wanted to return it to remove the monthly rental charge. A Telus agent did Not call me back on this issue although she promised last Thursday. Anyway, i sent a message to Telus Support Team. i hope they correct my monthly bill ASAP.
