Why????
this summer we removed optic tv and sent back all the equipment, this week our bill had non returned equipment on it. Even though it was returned. Then we phoned to have it removed, fine then we asked about lowering our bill and the guy said the only way to do this was to get tv. It’s not that’s bull**********!! Telus is a bunch of scammers.

It's a pretty standard business practice to offer discounts for bundles and/or term contracts.
You are unlikely to get any deals on a month to month plan.
