Unable to participate in the magic calendar
I'm unable to participate in the magic calendar since yesterday (2024-12-20). It gives me an error message saying there was an issue processing my redemption. I tried on mobile about 2-3 different ways, and on 2 computers, nothing. Issue is still there. Very frustrating knowing that I managed to participate every other day with no error at all, using the mobile app.

Yes, the magic calendar that happens every December. It took so long before I could join any sort of support concerning the issue that I lost interest in it. Next time make sure your things work properly for everyone and that support is reacheable easily & quickly. There's absolutely no reason why this thing wouldn't work as intended all of a sudden. I had no issues at all in December 2023. Seriously check your things next time so situations like these don't happen. Ridiculous.
