Unable to download past bills for tax return

Official Support TeamTypically even after cancellation of services you can access your account for a while, but in this case it's been over a year so it's unlikely you'd be able to access them at this point. You might need to request a bill reprint, but before going that route and just to be sure are you trying to login from both the website portal and the app?
