telus rewards havent worked in a long time... on my phone app or on pc. hwne i go to redeem it says that my account is being updated due to recent chnages on my account or somthing?

I am having this same issue!! Was it ever resolved? I've been trying for a couple of weeks. I thought maybe it was due to my bill coming out soon, but i have the bill and still have this issue. I haven't changed any contact info. I tried to call but I don't have hrs to wait on hold and the estimated time is always so long.
