Telus Neighbourhood account - Cannot log out!!
I cannot logout of the Telus Neighbourhood account! When I left click n the Avatar it only gives me My Profile, and My Settings.. where is the log Out option?
I also cannot log out. When I click on the profile image all that is there is My Telus Web, and My telus App.

What you are describing is the menu from the main telus.com site for accessing My TELUS. The TELUS Neighborhood site where this forum resides is a different site with a different login. Go to the top of this page and click on your profile icon in the upper right. You will see this:
